Please understand and respect our policy for bookings and cancellations. It is vital to us being able to run our studio smoothly and with unbiased discrimination or negligence for our staff and clients.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yup! You have up to 24 hours to cancel your class – after this time the booking is final and unable to be modified.
Please log into your MT account and find your booking and cancel. A full refund will be automatically processed immediately. Please allow a few days for this to pop back into your bank account.
If you signed out as a guest ( so do not have an account with MT) – All bookings are final and we are unable to manually make changes.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Afraid not. We do not have capacity to manually manage your booking. Please log into your MT account and cancel your booking (up to 24 hours before start of class) for a full refund . You are then welcome to re book another time that works for you.
If you signed out as a guest ( so do not have an account with MT) – All bookings are final and we are unable to manually make changes.
Please create an MT account next time so we can help you better with your next booking.
I can no longer make my workshop...
Sucks. Covid sucks, train strikes suck, and having a job, an accident or kids that changes your plans suck. I know, we have had them all ourselves x

If you have missed the 24 hour cut off cancellation period, you are welcome to send a pal in your place instead.

Can I cancel my guest workshop?
Nope it’s not fair on them and we want them to come back! All external guest teachers running workshops at MT ( not including Brooke or Becky) are final.
No rebooking or rescheduling is possible for these special events. Sorry x
Please send a pal in your place if you are no longer to attend. Please email [email protected] and give us a heads up, so we can update our guest teacher so they aren’t on the back foot before they even start.
My friend has covid what do I do?
Bring another friend! Just like if you got tickets to a gig and your mate cant’t come, ask another friend to come instead.

I'm going to be late! Eeek....
Damn. If possible we will try to catch you up. please be patient, this is difficult for us to do, but not impossible.
Just like going to the theatre or a lecture, it is disruptive and unfair to your tutor and your classmates if you arrive very late.
If we think this to be the case, you will be turned away and will need to rebook at your own cost another time.

I no longer want to be a MT member...
Cool beans! You are welcome to do this by logging into your MT account and on your dashboard you will be able to ‘edit supscription’ and cancel.
You will need to re sign up again if you change your mind ( which we hope you do)
We do not have capacity to manually manage your subscription through our system – it is automated saving us time to focus on teaching in the studio instead.
Thats our favourite part and what we are actually great at!
How should I contact you?
Easy! Email. We cannot process anything via instagram, facebook or other social media platforms. Please email [email protected] if you have any queries that have not been addressed above.
We will respond promptly Tuesday – Friday, when we have access to the studio booking system and are available t0 figure out what is going on.
We do not have a phone line – a few bad apples spoiled the whole crate. Soz about it – some people huh?!
What do I need to bring?
Check the workshop info online! We will make contact to arrange any pre cutting of fabrics and patterns for some of our sewing classes ahead of the workshop.
Otherwise, generally, all materials are provided. Please do double check the listing as all the information is there, listed clearly under – what do I need to bring?
If you arrive to your workshop without materials, we may be able to sell these to you. Please understand we are not a fully stoked shop and we have a limited selection of products.
One day we will have the biggest textile studio in London – but for now we are just little.
