What shipping do you use?
The great Royal Mail! All parcels are sent second class and signed for to ensure a smooth and traceable delivery.
When do you send parcels?
Wednesday – Saturday! I take all parcels to the post office myself and my local post office people are awesome!
How will it come?
Wrapped in plastic! Nah who even does that anymore? Kindly wrapped in paper bags made in the UK with cool stickers. Receiving post has never been so fun!
Do you offer free postage?
I would love to, but I just cant! Postage and packaging is priced at a flat rate of £5.50. It is the easiest way for us right now.
What is your refund policy?
Full deets here – But essentially get in touch and we can sort it out, cant refund cut fabric unless flawed though innit.
